WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South -
lake, Texas, did pass and approve Ordinance No.
203, wherein provision is made for the appoint-
ment of members to the Planning & Zoning
Commission; And,
WHEREAS, three appointments must be made to fill
vacancies currently existing in the places of
Eleanorr Kasper, A. C. Urbanosky and Brad Popkin;
And,
WHEREAS, the Mayor of the City of Southlake does
hereby submit the name'.of __JLjp Ld Latta
to serve the unexpired term of Eleanor Kasper end-
ing May 1, 1977, and to serve a full term b,".three
years^thereafter ending May 1, 1980, the name of
K3rpn R1ank to fill the unexpired term of
Brad Popkin ending May 1, 1978, and the name of
Mitch Zampikos to fill the unexpired term
of A. C. Urbanosky ending May 1, 1979; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Llovd Latta be and is hereby appointed by the City
Council to the Planning & Zoning Commission to serve until May1, 1977, and to serve a full three year term ending May 1, 1980,
thereafter; That Karen Black be and is hereby appointed
by the City Council to the Planning & Zoning Commission to serve
the unexpired term ending May 1, 1978; And Mitch Zampikos
be and is hereby appointed by the City Council to the Planning &
Zoning Commission to serve the unexpired term ending May 1, 1979.
