RESOLUTION NO. 77-15
WHEREAS, it is to the best interest of the
citizens of the City of Southlake that there
be a City Health Officer for the protection
of their health and welfare; And,
WHEREAS, State law, under Vernon's Civil
Statutes, Article 4425, requires the appoint-
ment of a City Health Officer to serve the
City of Southlake; And,
WHEREAS, Dana Copp is a resi-
dent of the City of Southlake and has expressed
his willingness to serve as City Health Officer;
Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Dr. Dana Copp be and he is hereby
appointed to serve as City Health Officer for a term of
one (1) year from this date to the third Tuesday of
April, 1978.
