RESOLUTION NO. 77-13

WHEREAS, on the 8th day of March, 1977, the
Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of
Southlake, Texas, did approve a preliminary
plat of "Hilltop Acres Addition", an addition
to the City of Southlake, Texas, being developed
by the Messina Brothers; And,
WHEREAS, for the purpose of good development,
the City Council of the City of Southlake has
requested the Messina Brothers to agree to ful-
fill certain requirements in accordance with the
City's ordinances and development policies; and
the Messina Brothers did so agree; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
The Mayor be and is hereby authorized by the City Council to
enter into a Developers' Agreement with the Messina Brothers,
Louis, Jimmy and Joe, in accordance with Exhibit A, attached
hereto and made a part hereof.
