WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Southlake entered into an engineering
contract with Carter & Burgess, Inc.,
for Step II in regard to a sewer project;
And,
WHEREAS, said contract must be revised as
stipulated in the grant conditions con-
tained in paragraph five of the Step II
grant offer; And,
WHEREAS, said amended contract must include

work of Step II; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
