WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Southlake deems
it to be to the best interest of its citizens to improve the
general administration of the City wherever possible; And,
WHEREAS, the use of certain maps would be of help to this
end in the Water Department, Police Department and Municipal
Court; And,
WHEREAS, Carter & Burgess, Inc., will prepare the neces-
sary maps for the Water Department at a cost of $6,610, a
street map for use in the Municipal Court for $240, and an
existing use map with a block number overlay for $48; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign Project Authorization
Numbers 1,2 and 3 for existing water distribution base map-
ping for $6,610 from information supplied by the City, a map
depicting streets only for use in the Municipal Court for
240, and a base and existing use map with a block number grid
overlay for use in the Police Department at a cost of $48.
