RESOLUTION NO. 75-26
WHEREAS, the City Council of the
City of Southlake, Texas, deems it
to be to the best interest of the
City to continue its membership in
the Southern Building Code Congress
for the regulation of all construc-
tion within the corporate limits of
the City; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
The City's membership in the Southern Building Code
Congress be renewed for the year August 16, 1975, to
August 16, 1976.
2.
The dues for same in the amount of $40 be paid for out of
the General Fund.
