1975-024RESOLUTION NO. 75-24
WHEREAS, on the 14th day of Septmeber, 1971,
the City Council of'the City of Southlake,
Texas, did approve'and cause to be filed a
plat of Dove Estates Subdivision in the City
of Southlake; And,
WHEREAS, the developers of said Subdivision
had suffered financial problems which caused
its development to be suspended whereby the
City of Southlake did not accept it; And,
WHEREAS, Dove Estates is now able to continue
its development and has been completed to the
City's satisfaction; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Dove Estates be and is hereby accepted by the City of South -
lake, Texas.
