WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Southlake, Texas, deems it to be to the
best interest of the City to have an an-
nual audit conducted; And,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Southlake, Texas, considers R. W. Mussina,
a Certified Public Accountant, qualified
to conduct such ad4it for the Fiscal Year
ending September 30, 1975; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
R. W. Mussina, Certified Public Accountant, be and is hereby
appointed to conduct an audit for the City of Southlake, Texas.
2.
The aforementioned audit is to cover the Fiscal Year commenc-
ing October 1, 1974, and ending September 30, 1975.
