WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South -
lake, Texas, did pass and approve Ordinance No.
203, wherein provision is made for the appoint-
ment of members to the Planning and Zoning
Commission; And,
WHEREAS, three appointments must be made to fill
the expired terms of James Harrell, Bob Pasley
and Larry D. Smith; And,
WHEREAS, these three aforementioned members have
each agreed to serve another term; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
James Harrell, Bob Pasley and Larry D. Smith be and are
hereby appointed to the Planning and Zoning Commission to
serve a term of three years each, said terms expiring May
1, 1978.
