RESOLUTION NO. 75-9
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Southlake, Texas, did pass Ordinance No.
67, calling for the appointment of a City
Secretary, Treasurer, Attorney and Police
Chief; And,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Southlake, Texas, did pass Ordinance No.
140, creating a fire department and pro-
viding for the appointment of a Fire Chief
and Assistant Fire Chief; And,
WHEREAS, the persons currently serving in
each office have agreed to remain in the
same capacity until such time as the City
Council may from time to time determine; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
Aliceanne Wallace be and is hereby appointed City Secretary
and Treasurer; William D. Campbell be and is hereby appointed
City Attorney; and Douglas R. Hughes be and is hereby ap-
pointed Chief of Police. Robert P. Steele be and is hereby
appointed Fire Chief and J. J. Joyce be and is hereby appointed
Assistant Fire Chief.
