WHEREAS, City of Southlake, Texas
Legal Name of Applicant; i.e., City, Village, etc.)
deems it necessary and proper to apply for a federal grant under the .
Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendments of 1972, Public Law
92-500, and the rules and regulations pursuant thereto.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the above named applicant that
