1974-021RESOLUTION NO. 74-21
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas, deems it to be to
the best interest of the City to contin-
ue its membership in the Southern Build-
ing Code Congress for the regulation of
all construction within the corporate
limits of the City; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
The City's membership in the Southern Building Code
Congress for the year from August 16, 1974, to August
16, 1975, be renewed.
2.
The dues for same in the sum of $40 be paid for out of the
General Fund.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 16th day of July, 1974.
