RESOLUTION NO. 74-9
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of South -
lake, through its duly appointed Tax Assessor,
M.E. Whiteside, has been advised of errors on
the Tax Rolls for the years of 1968, 1969, 1970,
1971, 1972, and 1973; And,
WHEREAS, such errors have occurred through in-
accurate information and/or clerical errors and
have been corrected; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE,
TEXAS, THAT:
1.
Cancellation Items Nos. 59, 60 and 61, totaling $24.86, issued from
September 30, 1972, through March 30, 1974, are hereby cancelled
for the reason or reasons indicated on each individual item and removed
from the 1968 Tax Roll.
2.
Cancellation Items Nos. 75, 76, and 77, totaling $24.86, issued from
September 30, 1972, through March 30, 1974, are hereby cancelled for the
reason or reasons indicated on each individual item and removed from the
1969 Tax Roll.
3.
Cancellation Items Nos. 29 through 32, totaling $26.79, issued from
September 30, 1972, through March 30, 1974, are hereby cancelled for
the reason or reasons indicated on each individual item and removed
from the 1970 Tax Roll.
4.
Cancellation Items Nos. 10 through 13, totaling $42.00, issued from
September 30, 1972, through March 30, 1974, are hereby cancelled for the
reason or reasons indicated on each individual item and removed from the
1971 Tax Roll.
5.
Cancellation Items Nos. 1 through 9, totaling $231.75, issued from
September 30, 1972, through March 30, 1974, are hereby cancelled for
the reason or reasons indicated on each individual item and removed
from the 1972 Tax Roll.
6.
Cancellation Items Nos. :,,l & 2; 'totaling $120.913, issued March 30, 1974,
is hereby cancelled for the reason indicated thereon and removed from
the 1973 -Tax Roll.
