WHEREAS, the City of Southlake Police Depart-
ment no longer has use for its 1972 patrol
car; And,
WHEREAS, it is to the best interest of the
City of Southlake to dispose of said vehicle
through public sale; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, THAT:
1.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to publish notice of the sale
of the 1972 Ford car to be by bids received in the office of
the City Secretary and to be opened at 10 A.M. on the 22nd
dayrof February, 1974.
2.
The Mayor is further authorized to reject any or all bids and
waive any irregularities.
