WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Southlake, Texas, deems it necessary to
have the city offices maintained in a
clean and healthful condition; And,
WHEREAS, provision for janitorial services
have been made in the 1973-74 Budget; Now,

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS:
1.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to contract for janitorial
services with the Washington Janitor Service.
2.
Such service is to be performed once a week and payment for
same is $25.00 per week.
3.
The costs for such services are'to be paid out of the General
Fund as provided in the 1973-74 Budget.

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work is to be completed in a workmanlike
manner according to standard practices. Any alteration or deviation from specifications
involving extra costs will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra
charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents or
delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire, tornado. and other neoess3ry insurance. Our
workers are fully covered by Workmen's Compensation Insurance.
