RESOLUTION NO. 73-26
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Southlake, Texas, through its duly appointed
and qualified tax assessor, M. E. Whiteside,
has been advised of errors on the Tax Roll
for the years 1968, 1969, 1970, 1971 and
1972; And
WHEREAS, cancellation of certain tax items
has been made to correct such errors upon
said Rolls; Now
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS:
1.
THAT Cancellation Items No. 59 through 61, issued from June
30, 1973,through September 10, 1973, totaling $24.86 are hereby
removed from the 1968 Tax Roll for the reason indicated on each
item. x-z
2.
THAT Cancellation Items No. 75 through 77, issued from June 30,
1973, thhough September 10, 1973, totaling $24.86 are hereby
removed from the 1969 Tax Roll for the reason -indicated on each
item. -
3.
THAT Cancellation Items No. 29 through 32, issued from May 17,
1973, through September 10, 1973, totaling $25.74 are hereby
removed from the 1970 Tax Roll for the reason indicated on each
item.
4.
THAT Cancellation Items No. 10 through 13, issued from May 17,
1973, through September 10, 1973, totaling $42.00 are hereby re-
moved from the 1971 Tax Roll for the reason indicated on each item.
5.
THAT Cancellation Items No. 1 through 9, issued October 2, 1972,
through September 10, 1973, totaling $268.75 are hereby removed
from the 1972 Tax Roll for the reason indicated on each item.
