1973-024RESOLUTION NO. 73-24
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Southlake retains the firm of Carter &
Burgess, Inc., as its consultant engineer-
ing firm; And
WHEREAS, such professional services have
been performed in connection with the newly
constructed elevated storage tank and 12"
water main as per Project Authorization
Number Two (2) dated 21 September 1971;
Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to make payment to Catter &
Burgess, Inc., for professional engineering services ren-
dered as stated above in the amount of $11,196.14.
2.
The funds for such payment are to be taken from the Bond
Funds set aside for this purpose.
