RESOLUTION NO. 73-12
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordi-
nance No. 161 of the City of Southlake,
Texas, does therein provide for the
creation of a Board of Adjustment; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS, THAT:
1.
James Winfrey is hereby appointed to serve on the Board of
Adjustment as Chairman.
2.
David Moak is hereby appointed to serve on the Board of
Adjustment as Vice Chairman.
3.
L. A. Casey, R. V. Trammell and Bill Long are hereby appointed
to serve as members of the Board of Adjustment.
4.
In the event a vacancy should occur on said Board, Walter
Garrett or Sam Sparger are hereby appointed to fill such
vacancy.
