RESOLUTION NO. 73-8
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas, did call for bids
for•the painting of the water storage
surface tank located at Well Site #1,
667 North Carroll Avenue; And,
WHEREAS, only two bids were received;
And,
WHEREAS, the bid submitted by the Water -
tower Paint & Repair Company, Inc., of
Clear Lake, Iowa, was the lowest; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, TEXAS:
THAT the bid of $4,989.00, submitted by the Watertower Paint &
Repair Company, Inc., of Clear Lake, Iowa, is hereby in all things
accepted and approved.
THAT the Mayor of Southlake is hereby authorized to enter into an
agreement for the City of Southlake with said company for painting
the water storage surfact tank at Well Site #1 as proposed.
