RESOLUTION NO. 73-6
WHEREAS, the Trail Creek -Phase I
is to be developed within the City
of Southlake, Texas; And,
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the
proper development of Trail Creek -
Phase I to have an agreement with
the City of Southlake regarding
the community facilities; Now,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE, THAT:
The Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the Trail Creek -Phase I
Community Facilities Agreement between the City of Southlake
and Metroplex Properties attached hereto and made a part hereof.
