Executive Summary
Dragon House is planning to open patio outside where the drive thru is currently located.
Dragon House is the dine -in, carry -out restaurant, specializing in evening and weekend fine
dining. We focus on our upscale Chinese cuisine and Chefs choice Menu.
There are many restaurants located within 4 -mile radius from Dragon House 2640 E.
Southlake Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092, and about 4-5 are Chinese restaurants. Different from
other family dine -in, Dragon House will make an excellent selection as an upscale fine
dining, music and cocktails emerged on the Southlake restaurant scene. We will have more
family friendly dine -in during the day for lunch hours with separate lunch menu. A place
where you always know you will get the best of everything.
We are at hard times right now and minority-owned small businesses may be giving
us an early sign of how US businesses will adapt in the wake of COVID-19. These small
businesses are experimenting with new ways of working to ensure their employees' safety,
offering monetary relief to employees and community members, and introducing new
services to support their communities and employees. As vulnerable it is for small businesses,
Dragon House will take it as an opportunity to introduce new services to support the
communities and employees with variety solutions to raise the bars outside of the restaurant.
Outside patio will be ensuring our employees and customer's safety, also will be a unique
experience for the customers as they will be given a freedom to enjoy.
Mission
Dragon House will create a great place to eat, combining an intriguing atmosphere with excellent,
interesting food. The mission is to provide fresh and authentic taste of Chinese cuisine and satisfy
the unique taste buds at a clean, friendly, and convenient environment. Employee welfare will be
equally important to our success. Everyone will be treated fairly and with the utmost respect. We
