Property Situation:
The development is located on the southwest corner of Kirkwood Blvd. and SH 114.
Development Details:
The applicant is proposing a 5-story hotel (Hilton Garden Inn) and three (3) 5,000 square foot
restaurants on approximately six (6) acres.
The proposed site plan indicates two entrances from Kirkwood Blvd. and one from the
SH 114 westbound frontage road.
The large grove of existing trees is intended to be preserved as much as possible and
used as an amenity to the development.
The proposed plan is consistent with the approved concept plan.
