FORUM SUMMARY: Property Situation: The development is located on the southwest corner of Kirkwood Blvd. and SH 114. Development Details: The applicant is proposing a 5-story hotel (Hilton Garden Inn) and three (3) 5,000 square foot restaurants on approximately six (6) acres.  The proposed site plan indicates two entrances from Kirkwood Blvd. and one from the SH 114 westbound frontage road.  The large grove of existing trees is intended to be preserved as much as possible and used as an amenity to the development.  The proposed plan is consistent with the approved concept plan.
