AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 334 OF TILE CITY OF
SOUTIILAKE BY AMENDING TIIF., ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF...
LOTS 15, 16 and a PORTION OF LOTS 18, and 19, BLOCK E OF THE OAK
KNOLL LAKEVIEW ADDITION. OWNERS KEYSTONE PARTNERS. FROM AGRICULTURAL
TO OFFICE ONE ZONING DISTRICT. PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE
OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 334 of the City of Southlake, Texas.
NOW TIiERF.FORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas;
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 334 passed by the City Council of
the City of Southlake, Texas, August 19, 1986, and being the "Comprehen-
sive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 87-2
is changed from its prior zoning class ificati_on of AGRICULTURAL
to a zoning classification of OFFICE 1
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 334
is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 334, except as amended by this
Ordinance No. 4_9 remains in effect in ill other respects as
originally passe
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
