AN ORDINANCE; AMENDING ORDINANCE. NO. 334 OF 'Till. CITY OF
SOUTIILAKE BY AMENDING TILE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF...
FOURTEEN POINT ONE SIXTY ONE ACRES OF LAND OUT OF THE LARKIN H.
CHIVERS SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 300. OWNER: ELMS GROUP. FROM
ARGICULTURAL AND LIGHT INDUSTRIAL TO RETAIL TWO ZONING DISTRICT.
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been. conducted, all in compl:i.ancc with
Ordinance No. 334 of the City of Southlake, Texas.
NOW TIIEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas;
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 334 passed by the City Council of
the City of Southlake, Texas, August 19, 1986, and being the "Comprehen-
sive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the 14.161 acres of land
out of Larkin H. Chivers Surveyk Abstract No. 300.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 87-1
is changed from its prior zoning classification of. ARGICULTURAN & LIGHT INDUSTRIAL
to a zoning classification of RETAIL 2
SEC'T'ION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 334
is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 334, except as amended by this
Ordinance No. 334-8 remains in effect in all other respects as
originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
