AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 334 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF...
FOUR POINT ONE SEVEN ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT OF THE O.W.
KNIGHT SURVEY, ABSTRACT NO. 899. OWNER: RALPH TURLEY,
FROM AGRICULTURAL TO SF2 SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENT AND
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE TO THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 334 of the City of Southl.ake, Texas.
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordaincd by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas;
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 334 passed by the City Council of
the City of Southlake, Texas, August 19, 1.986, and being the "Comprehen-
sive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofa as e4.17 acre tract
of land out of the O.W. Knight Survey, Abstract AM
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 86-54
is changed from its prior zoning classification of Agricultural
to a zoning classification of SF2 Single Family Resi ent
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 334
is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 334, except as amended by this
Ordinance-No. ~354-01 remains in effect in all other respects as
originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
