AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 161
OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY ORIGINALLY
ZONING AS "AG" AGRICULTURE DISTRICT
PROPERTY ANNEXED INTO THE CITY CONSIST-
ING OF TWENTY ACRES OF LAND OUT OF THE
CHRISTOPHER DART AND W. H. MARTIN SURVEYS.
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described property has been
duly annexed to the City of Southlake under applicable law;
NOW, THEREFORE,
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Southlake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The certain Ordinance No. 161 passed by the
City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, January 7,
1969, and being the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is
hereby amended insofar as that certain tract of land out
of the Christopher Dart Survey, Abstract No. 2003, and the
W. H. Martin Survey, Abstract No. 1068, Tarrant County,
Texas, more fully described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument in the South line
of said Christopher Dart Survey, 1620.0 feet South
89 degrees, 39 minutes West from the Southeast cor-
ner of said survey; said beginning point being in
the South line of Guy A. Robinson Tract;
THENCE South 89 degrees 39 minutes West 1616.3f~et
with the South line of said Christopher Dart Survey,
passing the Southeast corner of the W. H. Martin
Survey, to a concrete monument at fence corner in
the South line of said W. H. Martin Survey and in
the East line of County Road No. 3035, said point
being the Southwest corner of said Guy A. Robinson
Tract;
THENCE North 0 degrees 32 minutes West with the
East line of County Road No. 3035, 538.2 feet to a
concrete monument in fence line;
THENCE North 89 degrees, 39 minutes East and par-
allel to the South line of the W. H. Martin Survey
and the South line of the Christopher Dart Survey,
1621.3 feet to a concrete monument for corner;
THENCE South 538.2 feet to the place of beginning,
and containing 20 acres of land,
is hereby originally zoned in the classification of "AG"
Agriculture District.
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance
No. 161 is hereby amended to include the above new property
as originally zoned by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 161, except as officially
amended by prior ordinance amendments and this Ordinance No.
remains in effect in all other respects as ori-
ginally passed.
This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage.
