AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 161
OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY ORIGINALLY
ZONING AS "AG" AGRICULTURE DISTRICT
PROPERTY ANNEXED INTO THE CITY, KNOWN AS
TWENTY ACRESOF LAND OUT OF THE DART AND
MARTIN SURVEYS.
WHEREAS, the hereinafter described property has been
duly annexed to the City of Southlake under applicable law;
NOW, THEREFORE,
Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Southlake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The certain Ordinance No. 161 passed by the City
Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, January 7, 1969,
and being the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby
amended insofar as that certain tract of land out of the
Christopher Dart Survey, Abstract No. 2003, and W. H. Martin
Survey, Abstract No. 1068, Tarrant County, Texas, more fully
described by metes and bounds as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument said point being
South 89 degrees 39 minutes West 1620.0 feet and
North 538.2 feet from the Southeast corner of said
Christopher Dart Survey;
THENCE South 89 degrees 39 minutes West and paral-
lel with the South line of the Christopher Dart
Survey and the South line of the W. H. Martin Sur-
vey 1621.31 feet to a conrete monument in the
East line of County Road 3035;
THENCE North 0 degrees 32 minutes West 536.64 feet
with the East line of said County Road to a con-
crete monument for corner;
THENCE North 89 degrees 39 minutes East 1626.3
feet to a concrete monument for corner;
THENCE South 536.64 feet to the place of beginning,
and containing 20.0 acres of land, more or less,
is hereby originally zoned in the classification of "AG"
Agriculture District.
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance
No. 161 is hereby amended to include the above new property
as originally zoned by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 161, except as officially
amended by prior ordinance amendments and this Ordinance No.
lot-fs, remains in effect in all other respects as
originally passed.
This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage.
