AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 161 OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFI-
CATION OF .803 ACRE TRACT OF LAND IN THE JOHN L.
WHITMAN SURVEY ABSTRACT NO. 1593 TRACT 8T OWNED
BY H. WAYNE STUCKEY FROM "AG AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT"
TO "A-1 ONE FAMILY DISTRICT" PROVIDING FOR CHANGE
IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP, AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE
DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt of request for change of zoning, notice given to
applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing
published, and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance
with Ordinance No. 161 of the City of Southlake,Texas,
NOW THEREFORE:
Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Southlake,
Texas:
SECTION 1. The certain Ordinance No.

as follows:
Beginning at a pipe in the south line of Landing Circle
and being about south a distance of 1195.95 feet and
east_ a- di stance of_.229..33 feet from the northea!~,t corner
of the S. Freeman Survey, A-525, Tarrant County,Texas;
thence n. 89degrees 20 feet east along the south line of
said Landing Circle a distance of 200.0 feet to an iron
rod; thence south Odegrees 40 feet east a distance of 175.0
feet to a pipe; thence south 89 degrees 20 feet west a
distance of 200.0 feet to an iron rod; thence north
0 degrees 40 feet west a distance of 175.0 feet to
place of beginning, coutaining 0.803 acre of land more
or less,
is changed from its prior zoning classification of "Ag Agricultural"
to "A-1 One Family District" .
SECTION 2. The official zoning,imap created by said Ordinance No.161
is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 161, except as amended by this; Ordinance
No. 161-83, remains in effect in all other respects as originally passted.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage
and any publication or posting, if any, as required by law.
