0161-110ORDINANCE NO. 161-110 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 161 OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF seven point thirty-two acre tract of land out of the L. G. Hall Survey Abstract No. 686 awned by Helen G. Dilg from Agricultural to A-3 Single Family District AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT. WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with Ordinance No. 161 of the City of Southlake, Texas, NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas: SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 161 passed by the City Council of thiT 'City of Southlake, Texas, January 7,1969, and being the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the seven point thirty-two acre tract located in the L. G. Hall Survey Abstract No. 686 awned by Helen G. Dilg and described by metes and is changed from its prior to a zoning classification bounds zoning of as per Zoning Action Number _ classification of Agricultural A-3 Single Family District_ 2a '7a-1 it SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 161 is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made by this Ordinance. SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 161, except as amended by this Ordinance No. 161-110 , remains in effect in all other respects as originally passed.
