AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 161 OF THE CITY
OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION
OF • • • One point Four Acres out of the NE Thompson Survey,
Abstract 1563, tract 2A1 and M. Agricultural to A-3 Single Family
District. One point Sixty Nine Acres out of the Francis Throop Survey,
Abstract 1511 Tract 1A2 "L" Light Commercial, Owner: E.E. Woosley.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to
applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all
in compliance with Ordinance No. 161 of the City of Southlake,
Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 161 passed by the City Council
of tTie C ty of Southlake, Texas, January 7,1969, and being the
"Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the

SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 161
is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification

Ordinance No. 161-154 remains in effect in all other
respects as originally passed.
