AN ORDINANCI: AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 161 OF THE CITY
OF SOUT11LAKE BY AMENDING THE: ZONING CLASSIFICA'T'ION
OF Point seven-eight (.78) acre tract of land out of the
John Whitman Survey, Abstract 1593, Tract 8R. Owner: Phillip Bressinch.
Agricultural to A-3 Single Family District.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE' OF AMENDMEN`T'.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to
applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all
in compliance with Ordinance No. 161 of the City of Southlake,
Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 161 passed by the City Council
of the City of Southlake, Texas, January 7,1969, and being the
"Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the
Point seven-eight (.78) acre tract of land out of the JohnWhitman Survey, Abstract
1593, Tract 8R.
and described by metes and hounds as per- Zoning Action Number 51-7
is changed from its prior zoning classif ication of Agri u tural
to a zoning classification of A-3 Single Family Resid n _e
S1?CTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 161
its herebyy-amended to reflect the change in zoning classification
made by this Ordinance.
S1:(TfON 3. The said Ordinance No. 161, except as amended by this
nrc finance No. 161-168 _ remains in effect in all other
respects as originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
