OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICA'rION
OF Lot 2, Block 5, Southlake Park Addition #2. Owner: Virgil
and Ann Swerczynski. From Agricultural to A-3 Single Family District.
AND PROVIDING LFFECTIVI: DATE, OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to
applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all
in compliance with Ordinance No. 161 of the City of Southlake,
Texas,

SE(:'rION 2. The official. zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 161
is ere y amended to reflect the change in zoning classification
made by this Ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 161, except as amended by this
Orc~in na ce No. 1.61-169 remains in effect in all other
respects as originally passed.
This Ordinance shall hike effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
