AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF • • • FIFTY-Fnl1R (54) acre tract
of land out of the Francis Throop Survev, Abstract 1511.
Owner: Lot Development Group. Change in the zoning
district from Agricultural to the A-3 Single Family District.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice: given to
applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted,
all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of South-
lake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas:
SF.CI'ION I. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City
Council the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3,19b1, and being
the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar
as the Fifty-Four (54) acre tract of land out of the Francis Throon
Survey, Abstract 1511.
and described by metes and bounds as per ZoniLLng Action Number 81-11

SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261

made by this ordinance.
