AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE. NO. 261 OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF • • • Lot 3 of the Aubrev Estates
Subdivision as owned by Aubrey Smith. 7oning change from
Agricultural District to the A-3 Sinqle Family District.
Providing for a change in the official zoning man.
AND PROVIDING 1 HECTIVE DA'Z'E OF AMENDMENT.
WHIAZEAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to
applicahle property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted,
all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of South-
lake, rT'exas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it ordained by the City Council of the City
of Southlake, 'T'exas:
SECTI ON 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 2bI passed by the City
Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3,1981, and being
the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar
as the Lot 3 of the Aubrey Estates Subdivision in the City of Southlake,
Texas.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 8_1_-12
is changed from its prior zoning 1' ssification of Agricultural -
to a zoning classification of - X- Single FA.mil,y District:
SI.CTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
1s1i-erchyamended to reflect the change in zoning classification
made by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordnance No. 261-4 , remains in effect in all other
respects as originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any
publication or posting, if any, as required by law.
