261-007 ORDINANCE NO. 261-7 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF NINE POINT NINE ACRE (9.9) TRACT OF LAND OUT OF THE L. HALL SURVEY ABSTRACT 686 TRACT 1B. A SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR A SCHOOL AND CHURCH. OWNER: SOUTHLAKE BAPTIST CHURCH. PRO- VIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE ZONING MAP..... a AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT. WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of South- lake, Texas, NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas: SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Counci-176T the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3,1981, and being the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the Nine Point Nine (9.9) acre tract of land out of the L Hall Survey, Abstract 686 Tract 113. and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 81-17 is changed from its prior zoning classification of Agricultural to a zoning classification of "SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE PERMIT"SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261 is ier sew amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made by this ordinance. SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this Ordinance No. 261-7 , remains in effect in all other respects as originally passed.
