ORDINANCE NO. 261-9
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF A ONE ACRE TRACT OF LAND
OUT OF THE O.W. KNIGHT SURVEY,, ABSTRACT 899; OWNER:
MARTHA CARNEY. CHANGE ZONING FROM AGRICULTURAL
TO A-3 SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT. PROVIDING FOR A
CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.....
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDNIENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to
applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted,
all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of South-
lake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City
Council the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3,1981, and being
the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar
as the One Acre Tract of land out of the O.W. Knight Survey,
Abstract 899,
and described by metes and hounds as per Zoning Action Number is changed from its prior zoning classification of Agricultural
to a zoning classification of A-3 Single-Family District-
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is 'here yy amended to reflect the change in zoning classification
made by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordnance No. 261-9 , remains in effect in all other
respects as originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any
publication or posting, if any, as required by law.
