ORDINANCE NO. 261-13
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE
CITY OF SO11THLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR
THE SALE OF OFF PREMISES PACKAGED BEER, FOR THE
CONVENIENCE STORE IN SOUTHLAKE PLAZA. THE PERMIT
IS ISSUED IN THE NAME OF EARNEST POAG.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMEN'T'.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to
applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted,
all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of South-
lake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City
Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3,1981, and being
the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar
as the Special Use Permit for the Sale of Off Premises Packaged
Beer for the convenience store in Southlake Plaza
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 81-26
is changed from its prior zoning classification of
to a zoning classification of "SPECIAL USE PERMIT"
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
its here y amended to reflect the change in zoning classification
made by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordfinance No. 261-13 remains in effect in all other
respects as originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any
publication or posting, if any, as required by law.
