261-014 ORDINANCE NO. 261-14 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE, CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF ....SEVENTY-NINE POINT SEVENTY- THREE 979.73) ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT OF THE A.A. FREEMAN SURVEY, ABSTRACT 522. OWNER; TEN BAR PROPERTY COMPANY. CAHNGE ZONING FROM AGRICULTURAL, TO THE A-2 SINGLE FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT. PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DA'Z'E OF AMENDMENT. WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of South- lake, Texas, NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas: SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3,1981, and being the "Comprehensive Zoning ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the Seventy-nine point seventy-three acre tract of land out of the A.A. Freeman Survey, Abstract 522. and described by metes and hounds as per Zoning Action Number 81-27 is changed from its prior zoning classification of Agricultural to a zoning classification of A-2 Single Family Zoning District SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261 -is }sereEy amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made by this ordinance. SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this Ordinance N0.261-14 remains in effect in all other respects as originally passed.
