261-015 ORDINANCE NO. 261-15 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE. NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF SOIJTfILAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF . SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE PERMIT FOR SELF STORAGE BUILDING FOR THE PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE JOHN A. FREEMAN SURVEY, ABSTRACT 529, TRACTS 1B3 and 1B4 OWNERS: DALLAS FOAM. ZONING OF THE PROPERTY IS HEAVY COMMERICAL. AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE Oh AMENDMENT. WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public. hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of South- lake, Texas, NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas: SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3,1981, and being the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the Special Exception Use Permit for Self Storage Building for the property located in the John A. Freeman Survey, Abstract 529, Tracts 1B3 and 1B4. and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 81-28 is changed from its prior zoning classification of to a zoning classification of SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE PERMIT SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261 is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made by this ordinance. SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this finance No. 261-15 , remains in effect in all other respects as originally passed.
