ORDINANCE NO. 261-20
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF TEN POINT FIVE-THREE
(10.53) ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT OF THE L.H. CHIVERS
SURVEY, ABSTRACT 300 OWNER: LUELLA DAVIS AMAYA
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE ZONING MAP FROM
AGRICULTURAL, TO THE A-4 SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to
applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted,
all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of South-
lake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City
Counci--'1 0 the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3,1981, and being
the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar
as the ten point five-three acre tract of land out of the L.H.
Chivers Survey, Abstract 300
and described by metes and hounds as per Zoning Action Number 81-35
is changed from its prior zoning classification of Agricultural
to a zoning classification of _A-4 Single Family District _
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is-hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification
made by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordinance No. 261-20 , remains in effect in all other
respects as originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any
publication or posting, if any, as required by law.
