261-021 ORDINANCE NO. 261-21 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF SOUTI]LAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF LOT ONE THRU FOUR AND LOT FIVE OF THE PARKERS CORNER SUBDIVISION OWNER: SID PARKER. PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE ZONING ORDIANCE. FOR RESIDENTIAL ESTATES ZONING DISTRICT FOR LOTS ONE THRU FOUR AND SERVICE COMMERCIAL ZONING FOR LOT FIVE. PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN ZONING MAP. AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT. WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of South- lake, Texas, NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of Southlake, Texas: SFCT[ON 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3,1981, and being the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the Lot 1-4 for the Parkers Corner Subdivision, and Lot 5 of the Parkers Corner Subdivision. and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number _81-36 is changed from its prior zoning classification of AG to RE for Lots 1-4 to a zoning classification of AG to Service Commerical for Lot 5 SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261 is EereBy amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made by this ordinance. SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this or finance No. 261-21 remains in effect in all other respects as originally passed.
