AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF LOT ONE OF THE WHITE
CHAPEL PLACE SUBIDIVSION REMAIN AGRICULTURAL,
WHERE LOTS TWO,THREE, FOUR OF THE WHITE CHAPEL
PLACE BEING REZONED TO THE RE RESIDENTIAL ESTATES
SUBDIVISION... OWNER AND DEVELOPER: EARL PAGE
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDME
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to
applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted,
all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of South-
lake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City
Counci.lo the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3,1981, and being
the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar
as the
Lot 1 remain Agricultural in the White Chapel Place Addition
and Lot 2,3,4 be rezoned
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number _ 82-1
is changed from its prior zoning classification of AGRICULTURAL
to a zoning classification of RE RESIDENTIAL ESTATES ZONING _DISTRICT
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is sere y amended to reflect the change in zoning classification
made by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Or~cfinance No. 21_23 , remains in effect in all other
respects as originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any
publication or posting, if any, as required by law.
