ORDINANCE NO. 261-24
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE
CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING
CLASSIFICATION OF SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR THE
SALE OF OFF PREMISES PACKAGED BEER FOR THE CONVEN-
IENCE STORE IN SOUTHLAKE PLAZA. PERMIT TO BE IN
THE NAME OF WILLIAM D. RALEY.
AND PROVIDING I--AFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to
applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public
hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted,
all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of South-
lake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City
of Southlake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City
Council the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3,1981, and being
the "Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar
as the Special Use Permit for Sale of Off Premises Packaged Beer.
and described by metes and hounds as per Zoning Action Number 82-2
is changed from its prior zoning classification of _
to a zoning classification of Special Use Permit
SECTION 2. `The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is efi rem amended to reflect the change in zoning classification
made by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordinance No. 261-24 remains in effect in all other
respects as originally passed.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any
publication or posting, if any, as required by law.
