261-030 i ORDINANCE NO. 261-30 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF FIVE ACRES OF LAND OUT OF THE MIRON ADDITION. OWNER: ROBERT MIRON. PRESENT ZONING A-10 MULTI-FAMILY TO THE HEAVY COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICT. PROVIDING FOR CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP, AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE: OF AMENDMENT. WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas, NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South- lake, Texas: SECTION I. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council o the City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre- hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the Five Acres of Land out of the Miron Addition. and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 82-12 is changed from its prior zoning classification of A-10 Multi-Family _ to a zoning classification of Heavy Commercial SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261 is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made by this ordinance. SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this Ordinance No. 261-30 remains in effect in all other respects as originally passe - This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication or posting, if any, as required by law.
