AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUT111,AKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF .
LOT 1 OF THE CASH ACRES ADDITION. OWNER: VIRGIL CASH.
FROM AGRICULTURAL TO THE A-3 SINGLE FAMILY ZONING DIS-
TRICT. PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING
MAP,
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261. of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THERIFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council

hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the Lot 1,
of the Cash Acres Addition.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 82-20
is changed from its prior zoning classification of Agricultural
to a Zoning classification of A-3 Single Family
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261.
is erehy amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
0rc-~i:nancc No. 261-33 remains in effect in all other respects as
originally passec.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
