ORDINANCE NO. 261-37
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOtJT1-1LAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
NINE POINT NINE ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT.OF THE LITTLE-
BERRY G. HALL SURVEY ABSTRACT 686 TRACT 1B. OWNER:
J.M. ELDER EMPLOYEE PROFIT SHARING. FROM AGRICULTURAL
TO HEAVY COMMERCIAL ZONING DISTRICT. PROVIDING FOR A
CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property- owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of. South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
of tFie ('ity of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensi.ve coning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the Nine point
Nine Acre Tract of Land out of the Littleberry G. Hall Survey, Abstract
686 Tract 1B.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 82-26
is changed from its prior zoning classification of Agricultural
to a zoning classification of Heavy Commercial
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
i.5-hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordnance No. 261-3 remains in effect in all other respects as
originally passe
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
