261-049 r ORDINANCE NO. 261-49 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF FOURTEEN POINT SEVEN FOUR ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT OF THE SAMUEL FREEMAN SURVEY ABSTRACT 525 AND THE J. L. WHIT- MAN SURVEY ABSTRACT 1593. OWNER. FOX AND LEE. FROM AG AGRICULTURAL TO A 1 SINGLE FAMILY ZONING DISTRICT. PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP. AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT. WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published, and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas, NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council_ of the City of South- lake, Texas: SECTION L. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council of tie City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Cornpre- hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the 14.74 acre tract of land out of the Samuel Freeman Survey Abstract 525 and the J.L. Whitman Survey, Abstract 1593. and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number _83-7 is changed from its prior zoning classification of Agricultural to a zoning classification of A 1 Single Family SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261 is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made by this ordinance. SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this 0r17n ance No. 261-49 remains in effect in all other respects as originally passed.
