AN ORDINANCE. AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUT111.AKI? BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION 01:
FIVE POINT FIVE ONE ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT OF THE J.N.
GIBSON SURVEY, ABSTRACT 591 AND THE HOLLINGSWORTH AND
BARNETT SURVEY, ABSTRACT 797. OWNER: JUDY TAYLOR DAYTON.
FROM AG AGRICULTURAL TO A 3 SINGLE FAMILY DISTRICT.
PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
AND 1'I,'0VIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public he,,iring having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW TIIEREFORIi: Re it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
of tTie City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the 5.51 Acre
tract of land out of the J.N. Gibson Survey, Abstract 591 and the
Hollingsworth and Barnett Survey, Abstract 797.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 83-17
is changed from its prior zoning classification of Agricultura
to a zoning classification of A 3 Single Family
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Orc-finance No. 261-52 remains in effect in all other respects as
originally passe.-
't'his Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if anv, as requ~i_red by law.
