ORDINANCE NO. 261-56
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTHLAKE BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
SPECIAL USE PERMIT FOR EQUESTRIAN RIDING CLUB FOR PROP-
ERTY DESCRIBED AS NINE POINT NINE ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT
OF THE LITTLEBERRY G. HALL SURVEY, ABSTRACT 686. OWNERS:
KATHY A. BRUNSON AND ROBBIN B. JONES. PROVIDING FOR A
CHANGE IN THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORE: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1. The Certain Ordinance No. 261 passed by the City Council
of the C ty of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the Special
Use Permit for Equestrian Riding Club, 9.9 Acre tract out of Littleberry
G. Hall Survey, Abstract 686.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 83-24
is changed from its prior zoning classification of
to a zoning classification of Special Use Permit for Equestrian Riding Club.
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Or finance No. 261-56 remains in effect in all other respects as
originally passe .
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
