AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 261 OF THE CITY OF
SOUTIILAKI BY AMENDING THE ZONING CLASSIFICATION OF
ONE ACRE TRACT OF LAND OUT OF THE SAMUEL FREEMAN SURVEY,
ABSTRACT 525. OWNER: MARGARET ROBERTSON. FROM AG AGRI-
CULTURAL TO HEAVY COMMERCIAL. PROVIDING FOR A CHANGE IN
THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP.
AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE OF AMENDMENT.
WHEREAS, after receipt for change of zoning, notice given to applicable
property owners of public hearing, notice of public hearing published,
and public hearing having been conducted, all in compliance with
Ordinance No. 261 of the City of Southlake, Texas,
NOW THEREFORt?: Be it Ordained by the City Council of the City of South.-
lake, Texas:
SECTION 1.. The Certain Ordinance No. 261. passed by the City Council
o e City of Southlake, Texas, March 3, 1981, and being the "Compre-
hensive Zoning Ordinance" is hereby amended insofar as the 1.0 acre
tract of land out of the Samuel Freeman Survey, Abstract 525.
and described by metes and bounds as per Zoning Action Number 83-26
is changed from its prior zoning classification of Agricultural
to a zoning classification of Heavy Commercial
SECTION 2. The official zoning map created by said Ordinance No. 261
is hereby amended to reflect the change in zoning classification made
by this ordinance.
SECTION 3. The said Ordinance No. 261, except as amended by this
Ordinance No. 261-57 remains in effect in all other respects as
originally pas_.;eT.
This Ordinance shall take effect after its passage and any publication
or posting, if any, as required by law.
